VHCBrands.com features a user login page which allows dealers to create an account. Users will be able to interact with product pages by leaving reviews. Our rules of conduct stipulate that reviews must not contain any false or misleading statements, profanity, obscene imagery, drug related references, adult content, references to illegal activities, or other inappropriate content.

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for any and all activity that occurs under your account. VHC brands retains copyright to all images and product descriptions on our website. To retailers who meet select criteria, we may make photography and product data available for use on their respective website, but this does not imply an exclusive right on behalf of the retailer.

Termination

VHC Brands reserves the right to terminate a user’s access to our website and dealer portal at any time for any reason. VHC Brands is not required to retain user information upon termination. Abuse of this site and its terms may result in suspension of the user’s account or in some cases termination. Examples of why an account might be terminated include but are not limited to:

• The user is in violation of their Advertising Agreement with VHC Brands.
• The user is posting copyrighted material on VHC Brands’ website
• The user is misusing VHC Brands photography, logos, or product data

Governing Law

By conducting business with VHC Brands, you agree that any legal disputes are to be resolved within the local jurisdiction of VHC Brands. You consent and submit to the jurisdiction of the Missouri 46th Judicial Circuit Court located in Forsyth, Missouri.

Shipping

As outlined in the VHC Brands Policy and Procedures document found under the dealer resources page, VHC Brands offers drop shipping on our products. Use of our drop shipping program is only for those who adhere to the guidelines of our Policies and Procedures.

By purchasing from our website, the user agrees that any damages incurred during shipping are the liability of the freight company and not VHC Brands. VHC Brands will attempt to work with the shipping carrier to obtain compensation for any damage claims then credit them to the buyer, but we cannot be held liable for their actions.

Currency

All monetary transactions on our website are in U.S. currency unless otherwise indicated.

Accounts Payable 30-Day Financing Terms

VHC Brands extends Net 30-Day credit terms to qualified buyers at our sole discretion. These terms require payment of invoices within 30 days of order shipment. Violation of these terms may incur penalties, including but not limited to a hold on all order shipments and forfeiter of any account-specific or volume discounts applied towards past due purchases. Past due invoices may also incur suspension of your dealer account or special program incentives. By agreeing to 30-Day credit terms with VHC Brands, you also agree to indemnify us of any legal costs associated with the collection of late payments.

Order Cancelation

VHC Brands reserves the right to cancel orders at any time. Our e-commerce platform strives to maintain accurate and up to date pricing, but in the highly unlikely scenario that a price is displayed incorrectly due to a technical or human error then we reserve the right to cancel orders made on such errors. In such cases, it will be our policy to reach out to the affected buyer and offer a repurchase at the correct price if possible.

Natural Disasters and Acts of God

In such events of natural disaster or catastrophe, VHC Brands may have operations impacted. We cannot be held liable for circumstances outside our reasonable control. In such cases, we will make every effort to fulfill orders when possible and in other cases issue refunds. In the event that such a disaster results in a loss of product, VHC Brands shall have sole discretion as to whether the order is fulfilled or refunded. Adequate time must be given by the buyer for VHC Brands to assess which course of action to take.
